This guy works as a children’s party performer (been there, done that).  He’s always loading the car with cool shit – hula hoops, paint guns, big rubber balls.  And sometimes he’s in a costume.  I’ve seen him in a karate uniform and as a Power Ranger. I guess this was his day off:
